Do you offer online booking or payment?
Not at this time. All rentals are booked personally through email. Once we finalize your selections, I’ll send a quote and agreement for you to review and approve.
Do you require a retainer or deposit?
Yes. A non‑refundable 50% retainer is required to hold your date and selected items. The remaining balance is due before your event date, as outlined in your agreement.
Do you offer delivery, setup, and pickup?
Yes. I offer delivery and pickup, and setup for select pieces. Delivery fees are based on distance, access, and order size. These details will be included in your quote.
Can I pick up items myself?
Some smaller items may be available for client pickup, depending on the order and timing. Share your plans in your inquiry and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
What happens if something is damaged or lost?
Normal wear is expected, but significant damage or missing items will result in replacement or repair fees, as outlined in your rental agreement.
Can you help me choose pieces for my wedding?
Absolutely. Share your inspiration photos, colors, and venue details, and I’ll suggest pieces that fit your style, space, and budget.
